Matthew Kane is the founder and team leader of Tidal Realty Partners, one of the Cape Fear region’s most established real estate teams. A licensed North Carolina real estate broker, Matthew has personally closed over $200 million in residential real estate volume across Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Leland, Hampstead, and the surrounding Cape Fear communities.
Before real estate, Matthew served as a United States Marine and worked as a firefighter — careers that shaped his approach to high-pressure decisions and direct, no-nonsense communication. He earned his degree in Business Development and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, then joined a Big Four consulting firm as a Strategy and Operations Consultant before transitioning into real estate full-time in 2017.
